A 90-day launch calendar for a development

Published 7 Oct 2026 · ProMLS Realty

A launch is easier when every week has a job. This calendar covers the 90 days around the launch of a development in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Maya: 60 days to prepare, the launch week and the first month. Adjust the dates to your project; the order is what matters.

Days -60 to -30: build the base

  • Finish the development page with the ten-point checklist.
  • Publish a page for every unit type, with price, size and floor plan.
  • Write everything in English and Spanish.
  • Set up measurement: Search Console for the site, analytics with tracked WhatsApp and form clicks, and a CRM that receives every lead.
  • Agree the single source of truth: one brochure and one price list that everybody uses.

Days -30 to -7: get the pages found

  • Link the development from the home page, the main menu and the zone page of the portals you control.
  • Submit the sitemap and check that every page is indexed.
  • Prepare the WhatsApp process: who answers, in which languages, and the first two questions to ask. See WhatsApp first.
  • Give your sales agencies the same material, and tell them where to find updates. See selling through agencies.

Launch week

  • Announce on the channels where your buyers already are, each link with its own tracking tag.
  • Answer every contact the same day, in the buyer's language.
  • Do a short review at the end of the week with the weekly routine.

Days 8 to 30: watch and fix

  • Review once a week, always with complete weeks.
  • Fix what the numbers point to: titles if there are impressions but no clicks; the page if there are clicks but no contacts; follow-up if there are contacts but no visits.
  • Update availability and photos as they change, and the date of every confirmation.

Days 31 to 90: grow what works

  • Add content for the questions buyers keep asking.
  • Repeat the best-performing channel and drop the weakest.
  • At day 90, write a one-page review: contacts, visits, reservations, what you would do differently.

A note on expectations

This is an order of work, not a promise of results. Search visibility takes weeks, and the general terms take longer than the specific pages. A plan that is reviewed every week will always beat one that is only launched.
