1. Who is responsible

ANDEYA S.A.S, operating as CodeApp Studio and ProMLS Realty ("we"), with address at Pedro Moreno 292, Col. Benito Juárez, C.P. 48389, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México, is responsible for the personal data collected on promlsrealty.com. 2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, company or development, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), whether you are a developer or an agency, your area of interest and your message.
  • Launch list for the agencies app: agency, name, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), team size and market.
  • WhatsApp: if you write to us, we receive the content of your message, your number and the page and section of this site you wrote from, which the link adds to the message.
  • Usage analytics: pages visited, clicks on key buttons, form submissions, time on the site, where you came from, campaign tags, and two anonymous identifiers (one for the visitor, one for the session).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and server logs, used for security, rate limiting and to keep the site working.

We do not ask for financial, health or other sensitive data. Please do not send it through the forms.

2.1 Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that make the forms work.

To understand how the site is used, we run our own analytics (ContableApp, operated by CodeApp Studio). It stores two anonymous identifiers, one for the visitor and one for the session, in your browser’s local storage (not in cookies), and records the pages you visit, clicks on key buttons, form submissions, time on the site, where you came from and campaign tags. When you send a form, the identifiers are attached to your inquiry so we can see which page it came from. At this time we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other third-party tracking tools. You can clear this data from your browser settings or ask us to delete it. If we add advertising or third-party tools, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

3. What we use it for

  • To answer your message and discuss featuring your development.
  • To notify you about the launch of the agencies app, if you joined the list.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
  • To protect the site against abuse and to keep it secure.

4. Who receives it

Your data is stored in the ContableApp CRM and on infrastructure operated by CodeApp Studio. We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you (for example hosting, email and WhatsApp), only as needed for those services, and when required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside Mexico.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the resulting relationship, and for the legal periods that apply. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) regarding your personal data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We will answer within the legal deadlines. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may contact the competent data protection authority in Mexico.

7. Minors

This site is intended for professionals in real estate and is not directed at people under 18.

8. Use of AI

Some of the content of this website is drafted or assisted with artificial intelligence tools and reviewed by our team. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
