The development page checklist: what to have before you run any ad
Published 7 Oct 2026 · ProMLS Realty
An ad, a post or a portal listing sends a buyer to one place: the page of your development. If that page does not answer the basic questions in one visit, the visit is wasted. This is the checklist we use before recommending any spend.
Why the page comes first
In the Search Console data of Condos Vallarta, development pages are where a project earns visibility early: they average position 11.7, against 43.9 for the home page. A well built development page can be found for its own name and zone long before general terms like "condos for sale in Puerto Vallarta" ever move.

The checklist
- Exact location. Street or access, neighborhood and what is within walking distance. A map pin is not enough for a buyer who has never been.
- A description that is yours. Not the text copied from the developer's brochure or from another portal. Search engines and buyers both notice repeated text.
- Units with price, size and availability. A buyer who cannot see a price leaves. If prices change, show the date they were last updated.
- Real photos next to the renders. Renders sell the idea; real photos of the site, the neighborhood and the view build trust.
- Floor plans. One per unit type, readable on a phone.
- Amenities and building facts. Number of floors and units, parking, pool, rooftop, security and what is included in the maintenance fee.
- Who the developer is. Name, previous projects and how to verify them. This is the first thing a foreign buyer looks for.
- The stage and the delivery date. Pre-sale, under construction or ready, and a date that is still true. An expired date does more harm than no date.
- English and Spanish. Same content in both, each with its own address and the correct language tags.
- One tap to contact. A WhatsApp button that carries the page reference, and a form that creates a lead in your CRM.
An example
You can see most of these items on the Amapas 314 page on Condos Vallarta: a page for the development, one page for each unit and links from the areas and guides that already have visibility.
How to use it
Go through the ten points on your phone, not on a laptop. Mark each one yes, partly or no. Fix the "no" answers before you pay for traffic; a page with three missing items converts worse than the same page with all ten, whatever the ad.
